Anchored by the Tolson Community Center for Excellence and the New York Central Railroad Museum, Freight Street is poised to become a dynamic nexus, fostering community spirit and
cultural exchange.

The Freight Street District is composed of two buildings offering 144 units and over 9,000 SF
of retail and amenity options. The four-story Building A faces South Main and offers 3,300
of leaseable retail to reinforce the street’s historic commercial character.
